The Low Caf Reserve is a lot made exclusively from low-caffeine varietals. These two cultivars have been under study in Daterra for over 25 years and now, fully adapted to their terroir, their beans make not only naturally lowcaf coffees but also delicious ones: The cup has a tropical character in which you can expect notes of tropical fruits, peach, honey and white grapes. The complex acidity is both lactic and phosphoric, making this cup very exciting.
